@krodzon its just the opposite – it gets the business guys on their heels to make sure that there is always money in the pot. A lot easier of a conversation up front with “Hey, your under the waterline, you might want to top up – you can only afford X number of high quality submissions before you are out…” – versus “Guy has a really awesome 0day – but you don’t have the money to pay him in the account – so we need you to pony up before we release it” – now your conversation has turned.
