How can I start bug bounty and from where I should start. I have IT background and i am doing some courses of ethical hacking , website hacking , also i am CISA certified.

Maybe just start participating in any program. You will figure out what you need to learn or improve based on the experience you will earn while trying to find some valid bugs.
Just pick something and keep plugging away at it.
