Any background on why they say this? Often their instructions do not work with their sign ups and I’m confused as to what they’re looking for.

Ok =) There have been a few actually and I just worked around it but I think maybe there’s a misconception when they are writing that. Or I’m completely missing the point lol… We’ll see - Thanks for the quick response.
